Speaker 1:

Today I have something beautiful to share with you and, of course, from the Word of God about his promise to Abraham, abram, who then became Abraham and followed God's promise to the T and did everything that God asked him to do. And then God's promise following him Through Abraham To his son, isaac, and from Isaac To his son, jacob. And Jacob, who I would like to call, live the promise to the fullest and became Israel in the sight of God, hallelujah. And today I want to share with you a beautiful passage of scripture from the book of Isaiah. It's the 11th chapter of Isaiah and I found it so beautiful when I came across it and I'm going to go straight into it. This beautiful day. And then a shoot will spring from of Jesus, linked to man, planned from the very beginning, as Bible calls out from the book of Isaiah in this 11th chapter, the shoot of the spring, the stem of Jesse, through whom came David, the king, and, as I said, jesse was the father of David and he had, you know, even though David was one of his sons. Jesse had seven sons and that's why the Bible so specifically calls says, a shoot, one shoot From the stem of Jesse, the branch from his roots will bear fruit. So one shoot From the line of Jesse Will bear fruit, only one. And then the next verse says you know what? Today, just sit back and enjoy the word of God. I Want to tell you that, you, that you know I was given my first Bible. Somebody had written on it from the book of Joshua meditate on this. And today I want to tell you, meditate on this, hallelujah. And I'm going to the second verse now. And Isaiah 2nd says the spirit of the Lord will rest upon him. Oh Hallelujah, the spirit of the Lord Will rest upon him. The spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord. Hallelujah, the Spirit of God will rest upon him.

Speaker 1:

The Bible says this passage of Scripture I want to bring to your attention is not referring to David. This passage of scripture is referring to Jesus. Hallelujah, given as a prophecy to Isaiah, so many years before Jesus has even come on the planet. Isaiah is being told about Jesus and his line and his lineage and what's to come. Oh, hallelujah, and his lineage and what's to come, oh hallelujah. And I'm going straight into the fourth verse, which says but with righteousness he will judge the poor and decide with fairness for the afflicted of the earth, and he will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, oh hallelujah. And with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked mouth, oh hallelujah. And with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked, oh hallelujah. I told you this passage of scripture is so powerful and I'm just, I'm just surprised I've never come through it before and praise God for that that I have now. And when the Bible refers to poor, it doesn't mean the one who doesn't have money, it means the one who is poor in the spirit, who does not know the treasures of this planet. And the treasures of this planet are not hidden in the physical world, they are hidden in the spiritual world. That poor person, and he won't judge the human, like the kings of those times did not, with worldly wisdom, is what the scripture means.

Speaker 1:

Isaiah 11 4 is and the Bible says he will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, oh hallelujah. His word, his double-edged sword will take over the earth. Is what this passage of scripture says, many, many years before Jesus came. Hallelujah. And the fifth verse goes on to say and righteousness will be the belt about his loins and faithfulness the belt about his loins and faithfulness, the belt about his waist. Righteousness and faithfulness will be his foundation is what it means. Hallelujah, and we all know. The Bible says we remain faithless, but he remains faithful and he was faithful to the point to even getting on a cross for you and me. He knew it even before he came here. Hallelujah, and he was faithful and he was obedient. Hallelujah, thank you, jesus.

Speaker 1:

And the sixth verse goes on to say and you listen to this one. And the wolf will dwell with the lamb and the leopard will lie down with the young goat and the calf and the young lion with the fatling together and a little boy will lead them. Animals of prey and predators. This is what is called out in the scripture and the only thing that you and I know about the synergy that they have is one kills the other. But this scripture calls out to say that they will all sleep together, they will rest together, they will be together, they will be chilling together. In fact, the scripture just turns everything you and I understand and know. It just turns it upside down. And I'm reading it again the wolf will dwell with the lamb and the leopard will lie down with the young goat and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together, and the young boy, a little boy, will lead them. And the next verse goes on to say and also, the cow and the bear will graze and the young ones will lie together and the lion will eat straw like the ox and the nursing child will play by the hole of the Cobra and the weaned child will put his hand on the vipers den. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, this is.

Speaker 1:

You'd be thinking what, what, what, what, what does this mean? Oh, I'll tell you what it means. The world as you know it will not be as you know it after Jesus is through with it. Oh hallelujah, oh hallelujah, oh hallelujah. And then it goes on to say that there will be no hurt or destroy in all of my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters covers the sea. Oh, hallelujah, the holy mountain is referring to the earth, and there will be no hurt nor destruction, as the whole earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord. Hallelujah. And then, in that day, the nations will resort to the root of Jesse, who will stand as a signal for the people and his resting place will be glorious. Hallelujah, the world will turn to Jesus is what this passage of scripture says.

Speaker 1:

The begotten of God to Jesus is what this passage of scripture says. The begotten of God, the root of Jesse, the one stem that will bear fruit. And it already calls out the throne of Jesus being a glorious place, seated at the right hand of God. So many years before he has even come, or if anyone even knows his name, it has been revealed to Isaiah and I want to tell you. And then the rest of Isaiah 11 talks about how God will gather up his people the second time. You know, the first time was when you know the Israel-Egypt thing, moses, the plagues, freeing of the slaves, the promised land that was the first. And then freeing of the slaves, the promised land that was the first. And then the second half of the 11th chapter of Isaiah talks about God coming again and gathering up his people for the second time.

Speaker 1:

And, as I said when I started, meditate on this word and, you know, go and read it in your time, give God some time. You always want God to do things for you. Do and read it in your time. Give God some time. You always want God do things for you. Do you ever give him any time to understand who he is and what he has done for you and me, of course? And it goes on to say so beautifully. And it's beautiful, you have to read it. It's just beautiful that he gathers them all up from all parts of the world. He will gather all of us up from all the parts of the world.

Speaker 1:

They called out an old language. This beautiful book of Isaiah, I told you, written by the Prophet so many, many, many years before Jesus even has a name. That has been told to mankind. Oh, believe me, he had a name before anyone had a name, but just before it was even shared with mankind. I want to tell you the very same prophet in the book, the ninth chapter, says for a child will be born to us, oh, hallelujah, and I'm telling you, people, this wonderful morning, just let this soak into your spirit, because it is, it's a spiritual one. For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us and the government will rest upon his shoulders and his name will be called Wonderful Counselor, mighty God, eternal Father, prince of Peace, and there will be no end to the increase of his government or of peace. Oh, hallelujah, hallelujah. There will be no end to the increase of his government or of peace. Isaiah 9.6. Read it Hallelujah. So he talks about a child will be born to us, a son will be given and the government will rest upon him and he will be called Wonderful Counselor, mighty God, eternal Father, prince of Peace. And then he talks about the whole of the 11th chapter of Isaiah.

Speaker 1:

And then so many, so many years later, jesus and as I told many, many, many years ago, told everyone about it. The shepherds and the wise men from the East were called and told. Many were lined up to do their jobs before that, john the Baptist called it out when they saw, when he saw Jesus walking to him. In fact, even the heavens opened up and God spoke in front of witnesses. This is my son, in whom I am well pleased and the Spirit of God came down upon him in signs, miracles and wonders. And yet, after all, that is put to death on a cross, but on the third day he rose from that grave. That had no control over him. It has no control over anything that is associated with him.

Speaker 1:

And now, many years after, jesus has come on this planet and he made disciples and the good news was preached, and the kingdom of God has been preached, and the kingdom of heaven and people know about it and it's don't don't mix a religion with a relationship. And Jesus came to make a relationship between God and man and he establishes that and he's gone, seated at the right hand of God, this wonderful day and wonderful morning. As you hear this, and Colossians. Now, the New Testament says I'm reading it out to you Colossians 2, 14 Jesus, having cancelled out Jesus is my addition to this passage of scripture having cancelled out the certificate of death consisting of decrees against you, decrees against you, which was hostile to us, which is hostile to you and me, and he has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Oh hallelujah, oh hallelujah. I'm reading it out again to you having cancelled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against you, against us, which was hostile to us, and he's taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. And then it goes on to say when he had disarmed the rulers and the authorities, he made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through him. Oh hallelujah, oh hallelujah. I hope you're understanding it in your spirit. Oh hallelujah.

Speaker 1:

Mark out collusions 2, 14 and 15 and read it again. This beautiful morning I want to tell you I said I call it out many years ago and no one understood it. Maybe then, I don't know, but today I want to make it very, very clear to you, in case you are in any doubt, our son was given to us and the government was put at his feet and he was obedient and he has many names, everything good, everything wonderful. And I want to tell you he's coming again and he's already won everything for you and he's nailed it to the cross. That's what Colossians is talking about.

Speaker 1:

And in case it's confusing you, just don't be confused. It's just a veryians is talking about. And in case it's confusing you, just don't be confused. It's just a very clear chronological order or sequence of things to show to you very clearly that you don't live in any form of condemnation or under any curse and you are in peace in the world that you are in, and not because of anything that you and I have done, because of what he did on that cross for you and me, and all you need to do is put your faith in his name and believe in him. And I want to tell you that's exactly what Isaiah 11 is talking about. He has changed the spirituals Because of what he has done on that cross. He changed the spirituals for you and me and you know.

Speaker 1:

The Bible says this. In case you don't, it has been released through this platform before that. We don't battle with flesh and blood, but we, instead we don't battle with flesh and blood. You think the person in front of you is your enemy. It's not. That person is not. You, in fact, battle with powers and principalities of darkness. The Bible says and Jesus has already nailed it on the cross and he's made a public spectacle of them they can't even come near your hedge.

Speaker 1:

You should understand this this morning. And that is the reason why is Isaiah 11 talks about all those opposites being at peace with each other. You understand, you must understand. The lion and the fatling and the bear and the cow and the lion will eat grass like the ox and the lamb and the leopard and the snake with the child. He's just smashed the spiritual world and brought it at your feet. If you don't understand, understand it in your spirit. This beautiful morning, the world has already been put under your feet because of the seed of Jesse, because of Jesus, because of Yeshua, hallelujah, the one who came down on this planet for you and me, and you need to understand that. When you understand, that's when you live. You know that 30, 60, 100 fold, that's when you live in.

Speaker 1:

The 100 fold I told you today is one of those words you need to meditate upon. You can mark out these scriptures in your bible and meditate on them. But I want to tell you you can mark out these scriptures in your Bible and meditate on them, but I want to tell you that Jesus has done everything that he could for you and me. He has nailed everything on that cross and today, no matter what you think or what religion has taught you or what you know, what I don't care, care and I'm not getting into that I'm just here to tell you that he smashed the entire spiritual world apart and he's laid it at your feet. Of course, everything is under his feet, don't be mistaken. Everything you can even think of is under his feet, because he has already won it.

Speaker 1:

But I want to tell you this beautiful morning, aligned with the scripture in Isaiah 11. Aligned with the scripture in Isaiah 9. Which already calls out the beautiful savior and what he has done and what he is about to do. And then he comes on the planet and he does it, and you and I are living many years after he's already gone. You need to understand it. This morning it's smashed and it's at your feet. There is nothing that can come against you. The spiritual world has no control over you. When it sees you from far, it sees the blood of the lamb upon you can't do anything to you. Blood of the lamb upon you can't do anything to you. Understand that this beautiful morning I told you when I started today. It's just one of those days, it's just one of those words where you just meditate upon it and excuse me, be glad, excuse me. Hallelujah, you're gonna thank you for this beautiful word. I thank you for your double-edged sword. I thank you for your word, your rod that smashed on this planet, smashed the spiritual world apart and laid it down at our feet.

Speaker 1:

Oh, thank you, lord, for what you've done on that cross for you and me. Thank you, lord, for what you've done on that cross for all of us, lord. Thank you, lord, that cross for you and me. Thank you, lord, for what you've done on that cross for all of us, lord. Thank you, lord, that you were obedient to death and death on a cross only for us. Lord, your word says we are faithless, but you remain faithful, lord. Thank you, lord, that you've won every battle for us. Thank you, lord, that you've won every battle for us. Thank you, lord, that you've cancelled out the certificate of debt and any decree that was against us you've nailed on the cross, lord. Thank you, lord, that we are more than conquerors, through you and through what you've done on that cross. Thank you for this beautiful day, thank you for the beautiful time, thank you for a beautiful presence that some people can even feel. Thank you, lord. In j' name I pray Amen.
