The new year has begun, let us take a moment to rejoice in the wonderful promises God has in store for us in 2025.

Tune in to this special episode for the first Sunday in 2025, to start the year on the right note, just as He would want us to.

Today is the 5th of January in 2025, and though I know that five days of the year have already passed, but I'd like to wish each and every one of you a Happy New Year and significant to the fact that today is the first Sunday of the year, and I want to start with this beautiful passage of scripture which is from the book of Psalm, psalms 118, 24th verse this is the day that the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Hallelujah, it is the day that he has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. And subsequently, I would like to add the word year to this beautiful scripture and say this is the year that the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. And I want to tell you that, after the word from last week the last one in 2024, we know and we understand that God will never leave us nor forsake us. Hallelujah and praise god for that. He will never leave us nor forsake us. He's made that promise multiple times in the bible to multiple people, to ensure the message passes down to his people, to tell them that he will never leave them nor forsake them, which is you and me, his people. So, just in case you missed it and just in case it still hasn't seeped through, I want to reassure you this morning. God will never leave you nor forsake you, and that should be the foundation that should be clear to you from the beginning of this year. And, as I said, today is uh, today being the first sunday of 2025. It's a significant one, it's a beautiful one, and I have three important scriptures from the word of god to share with you this morning, and these should be the pillars for you in 2025. Significant and important. Share with you this morning and these should be the pillars for you in 2025. Significant and important for this year. Understand an entire foundation is always built on the pillars and the foundation, and this should be a foundation for the year 2025.

And I'm going straight into the first scripture. It's from the book of Philippians, the first chapter, the fifth and sixth verse. And pay attention to these beautiful passages of Scripture this morning for your fellowship in the from the first day until now, being confident of this very thing that he who has begun a good thing, a good work in you, will complete it until the end of Jesus Christ, until the day of Jesus Christ until the day of Jesus Christ, hallelujah, which is the end, basically the day that Jesus comes again. But I'm not here to share that with you. I'm here to share the scripture with you and the first pillar for you for 2025. And here goes yet again, I'm reading it to you, from the first pillar for you for 2025. And here goes yet again, I'm reading it to you from the book of philippians, for your fellowship in the gospel, from the first day until now, being confident of this very thing that he who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. Oh, hallelujah. What a beautiful passage of scripture, hallelujah.

Speaker 1:

And I want to tell you this morning that have a fellowship with God and with his gospel is what the scriptures, what the scriptures urging you or driving you towards. And I want to assure you today that the day you accepted Jesus in your life because we've all, all of us, have had one day like that where we at some point accepted Jesus in our life or we always knew him as just a name and then he changed for us as a savior and a provider and everything else and I want to tell you that, from that day, jesus has, you know, begun something new with you, and there would have been multiple things from that day till now that he would have even brought to conclusion. And even you know it because, the way I look at it, every year in Jesus is better than the previous year. Every day is better than the previous day in Jesus, and, of course, life does has have its ups and downs, but I know this for a fact. So I want to tell you, through the scripture, that Jesus began something in you the day you accepted him, and from that day till now, he's brought many, many things to completion. And from this day, the beginning of 2025, the significance of the first Sunday until his return, he will bring all good things to completion for you. Hallelujah, amen. He will bring all good things to completion for you, and mark down the scripture and go back and meditate on it. Philippians, the first chapter, the fifth and sixth verse Hallelujah. He will complete it for you. Hallelujah, hallelujah.

The second scripture I want to share with you is from the book of Colossians, the third chapter, the first and third verse. The first verse on to the third verse if, then, you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is sitting at the right hand of God, for you died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Oh hallelujah, oh hallelujah. I'm reading this passage of scripture again to you. If, then, you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is sitting at the right hand of God, for you died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Oh, what a beautiful passage of scripture, and I want to tell you that the day you accepted Jesus, the day you accepted Jesus as your Savior, I want to tell you that you are in Christ.

Speaker 1:

You know what, this beautiful morning, don't try to analyze these things. Just accept them the way they are coming to you through the word of God. Just accept it and coming back to it, the day you have accepted Jesus, you are in Christ, and what this passage of scripture is saying is don't be worldly focused. Don't be worldly focused, but be Jesus focused. In a nutshell, that's what the scripture is telling you is that your blessings are not here on this planet. It's so beautifully put, but yet it's hidden. If you are raised in Christ, which means the day you've made Jesus your Savior, seek those things which are above. How clear is that, but yet so beautifully hidden where Christ is sitting at the right hand of God. For you have died and your life is hidden with Christ in God. Oh, hallelujah. Oh, don't be worldly focused. That's the second pitta I want to build for you this morning through the word of God.

Speaker 1:

But be Jesus focused. Your blessings are not here on this planet. They're not on this planet. Your blessings are in Jesus. Your blessings are in Jesus. Your blessings are in Jesus, who is seated at the right hand of God in the heavens. And you'll say I don't get it. Yeah, I'll tell you what you need to do. You need to make a decision today to change your heart and keep Jesus as the focus of everything, and Jesus will change your mind and he will open your spiritual eyes and he will open the floodgates of heaven for you, because your blessings come from heaven, where Jesus is. Hallelujah, make a decision today. Change your heart. I know it's difficult for most. It's even something that you cannot fathom at the moment. But, as I said, mark down these scriptures and meditate on them in your own time, read them multiple times, spend some time with God. Close that door. Close that door. Shut that door, hallelujah.

Speaker 1:

I want to tell you that when Jesus was on this planet, he told his disciples that you can have only one God, and he tells them you can either serve God or you can either serve mammon. And some of you know the scripture and some of you don't. For those of you, nevertheless, I'm bringing to your attention this morning and this is for someone that remember that you can only have one God and remember don't be deceived by the wealth of the earth. It means nothing. That's what the scripture is trying to tell you. Instead, look at God and he will add wealth. He will make you rich.

Speaker 1:

The Bible says, with no sorrow added to it. It's in the book of Proverbs, in case you didn't know so. So don't, don't put money in the front of everything. Put God in the front of everything and he will make you rich. He will add no sorrow to it. Look to the heavens. Put Jesus in your, in your front, put him as your focus. Every morning you'll say this is something impossible you are asking me to do, but it's not. It's just a change of perspective. You can only have one God.

Speaker 1:

It was the words of Jesus, not mine and categorically telling his disciples because he did not want them to lose their way in life. And this passage, scripture, is one of the pillars for this year for you. Meditate on it, mark it down, read it again Colossians, the chapter, the first of the third verse Hallelujah. And finally, I've come to the most important one, and this is where I want to tell you that this is a prophecy for 2025 for you. Hallelujah From the Most High.

Speaker 1:

And before I get into it, I want to give you a foreground that when you accept Jesus in your life, when you believe in his name, when you believe what he did on that cross for you and me, when you believe that he was raised, that he died on a cross for you and me and he was raised on the third day, when you believe that he was raised, that he died on a cross for you and me and he was raised on the third day, when you believe that he's seated at the right hand of God, when you believe and put your faith in his name, only then everything has changed. Now you are a child of the Most High, high and just to build your foundation in 2025 through the Word of God. I want to tell you it's in the book of Isaiah. I'm not getting into it, but you are no longer of the will of man, you are no longer of the will of your parents. Yes, your parents might have decided that they wanted to have a child and you happened and you came into this planet.

Speaker 1:

But the day and as I told you this morning, don't analyze it, just take it from the word of god the day you accept jesus as your savior, as your father, as your creator, as your all in all, you are no longer of the will of man and you are instead of the will of God, oh hallelujah. And you coming onto this planet has changed and you coming onto this planet has been realigned to the will of God, because the Bible says I have your name written on the palm of my hand, oh hallelujah, oh hallelujah, oh hallelujah, and only, only only, because of Jesus and what he has done on that cross for you and me, and because you put your faith in him. And because of that, I prophesy and I decree through the word of God from the book of Genesis, the 27th chapter, the 28th verse onwards, and I am reading to you directly from the word of God Now, may God give you of the dew of heaven and of the fatness of the earth and an abundance of grain and new wine. May people serve you and nations bow down to you. Be master of your brothers, and may your mother's sons bow down to you. Cursed be those who curse you and blessed be those who bless you. Oh Hallelujah, oh Hallelujah. Beautiful blessing from the Most high for you this morning, a prophecy for 2025, and let me explain this to you Now. May God Give you Of the dew of heaven and of the fatness of the earth. Oh, oh. God will take care of your lives is what it means. From this day on, through the dew of the heavens, he will water your lives. I want to tell you that before, before the world as you know it, before this dainies that we live in, you know the, the earth used to be watered from the ground up with dew. The earth had never seen rain until the time of Noah, and the earth used to be watered from the ground up. God's dew, hallelujah, and that's the dew he's going to release into your lives this morning for the year 2025. Through the dew of heavens, he will water your lives and from the best of the earth, he will give to you the fatness of the earth. He will give to you, oh, hallelujah, amen, an abundance of grain and new wine. And you will see new things happening for you in this year, things that you did not perceive, things that you have not planned, things that you have not planned, things that you have not even thought of Abundance of grain and new wine. For some of you, your finances are changing. 2025 will bring in a year of new finances for you. Hallelujah, amen.

Speaker 1:

And the next passage of scripture May peoples serve you and nations bow down to you. Hallelujah, people will be turned to you just to serve you. People will be turned to you just to aid you. People will be turned to you to support you. People will be turned to you to help. You will be turned to you to help you and the nations will bow down to you. Amen, this is the word of god. People, hallelujah, and you're going to become the heads of your families. Hallelujah, that's what the next line says be master of your brothers and may your mother's sons bow down to you. You are going to become the heads of your families, and some of you at this point are even thinking how is that possible? I am a no one right now. I'm the youngest in my family. I don't even have a job. I stay in a joint family. I'll come from a culture where women are not allowed to speak.

Speaker 1:

Whatever it is that's in your mind right now, oh, I want to tell you, remember this day and the word of God that has been released into your life today, in the first week of 2025, that you be master of your brothers and may your mother's sons bow down to you. You will see a change in 2025. Amen, hallelujah, mark. This day, you will see a change in 2025. Amen, hallelujah, mark. This day, you're going to become the head of your families. And God, your Father, through the word. And let me tell you, the Bible says he is watching over His word to perform it. He is watching over His word to perform it. For those of you who know grammar really well will know it's present, continuous, it is always on. He is watching over his word to perform it. He will curse those who curse you and he will bless those who bless you. Oh, hallelujah, amen, hallelujah. And in all, in 2025, you are going to become a blessing to people around you. Oh, hallelujah, and that's your prophecy for 2025, for each of you.

But I want to tell you you need to understand very clearly, in exactly the order of the scriptures that I have shared with you this morning, you go ahead and you mark them down and you understand philippines first, that you need to make fellowship with god. You need to have fellowship with god. You go ahead and you mark them down and you understand Philippines first, that you need to make fellowship with God. You need to have fellowship with God. Get up each month how difficult is it? It's very difficult. I run my country. It's very difficult. Get up each morning and spend a little bit of time, have a fellowship with God through Philippines, and then that's what Philippines 1, 5 and 6 is telling you have a fellowship with God, know the good news that he brings to you every morning.

Speaker 1:

And then there's Colossians, which tells you put Jesus as your focus, forget the worldly things. I know easier said than done, but forget, forget the worldly things. Hey, it's not me, it's from the word of God, because you are no longer of the world, you are of Christ. So go exactly in those orders and meditate on this word. It's Philippians, followed by Colossians, and then your prophecy for 2025.

Speaker 1:

2025, that beautiful, beautiful passage of scripture, genesis, 27th chapter, the 28th verse onwards, which you will see coming to life in 2025, as decreed by god, hallelujah. Dear lord, I thank you for this beautiful time. I thank you for this beautiful day that you've given us. We will rejoice and be glad in it, for this beautiful year that you've given us, and we will rejoice and be glad in it for this beautiful year that you have given us, and we will rejoice and be glad in it through everything that we put at your feet in the beginning of this year, that you will change our hearts and change our mind and you will open our spiritual eyes. Lord, and aligned to your prophecy of 2025, lord, you will give us a duo of the heavens and the fatness of the earth and the abundance of grain and new wine, and that people may serve us and the nations will bow down and we will be masters to our brothers and our mother's sons will bow down to us and cursed will be those who curse us and blessed will be those who curse us and blessed will be those who bless us.

Speaker 1:

Thank you, lord, for your beautiful word. Thank you, lord, that you're ever so faithful, though we remain faithless. Thank you, lord, that you're watching over your word to perform it. And, most of all, lord, thank you for that cross. Thank you for coming down for us. Thank you for giving up your life on a cross for us and being faithful to death, obedient to death. On a cross to take up a curse just for us, lord, I thank you, lord, that our life is hidden in you, seated at the right hand of God and Lord. As we start this year, I pray that you will take complete control of our lives and lead us only where you need us to go. Lord, thank you for this beautiful, beautiful day. Thank you for your beautiful presence. Thank you for your beautiful blessings. Thank you for your beautiful love that you shower upon us every day. Thank you, lord, for this lovely year that you've given us. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
